Responsibilities:
·Manage the company’s financial operations and accounting, compliance with IFRS
  accounting and regulatory compliance, and serve as the key controller for all
  financial reporting related matters. 
·Direct areas of responsibility include oversight, internal reporting, general
  ledger, as well as general accounting functions.
·Work closely with the CFO to ensure that proper treatment and reporting results
  under IFRS for overseas listing purpose
·Manage the local relationship with our external auditors, banks, tax bureaus for
  local statutory purposes
·Direct the timely and accurate preparation of monthly, quarterly, and annual
  financial/management/cost accounting close and consolidation process
·Assist CFO in the annual budgeting, regular budget control purpose
·Ensure compliance with internal finance related Standard Operating Procedures,
  local tax reporting and other accounting / audit related regulatory filings
 
Professional Experience / Skills:
·Fluent in English and Chinese

Job Summary:

Report to American higher management on financial conditions and come up with advice; routine financial analysis.

Internal Financial System design and Policy-Making

Accounting statements & reporting as per Company, Corporate Chinese requirements.


Review reimbursement application and account entries review.


Financing, cash inflow and outflow management and risk analysis

Strengthen administration & coordination of Finance Dept. Strengthen coordination with other Dept.

Financial planning & budgeting, Budget performance review



Fluency in English and Chinese, a native English speaker based in Shanghai is preferred.


Know US GAAP as well as Chinese Finance principle.


University or Post graduate in Financial Management or Accounting. CPA is a plus.


No less than 8 years solid working experiences in Finance fields of Multinational companies with at least 5 years experience in Managerial Positions.


Must be able to handle pressures and drive changes.

Ability to work with all levels of staff in all business units


Excellent communication and facilitation skills


Good computer skills.
  
Package is about 800-1000K.
